Welcome to WP Outreach. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WP Outreach plugin and related services. By purchasing, installing, or using WP Outreach, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“WP Outreach” refers to our email marketing and automation plugin for WordPress, including all updates, documentation, and support services.
“License” refers to the right to use WP Outreach on the number of sites specified in your purchase.
“You” or “User” refers to the individual or entity that has purchased a license to use WP Outreach.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use WP Outreach on the number of WordPress sites specified in your license tier
- Receive plugin updates for the duration of your active license
- Access technical support according to your license tier
3. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense WP Outreach
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on WP Outreach
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use WP Outreach on more sites than your license permits
- Share your license key with third parties
4. Subscription and Billing
WP Outreach licenses are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before your renewal date. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Refund Policy
As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 14 days of your purchase if you are unable to get the plugin to install properly on your website or if the plugin fails to perform the basic functions as designed and you have worked with the product support team to try to resolve these issues. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of W3 Eden. No refunds will be given after 14 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
6. Support and Updates
Active license holders receive:
- Access to all plugin updates, including new features and security patches
- Email and live chat support during business hours
- Access to documentation and knowledge base
Support is provided for the current version and one major version prior. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WP Outreach in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent from email recipients
- Providing accurate sender information and unsubscribe mechanisms
- The content of emails sent through WP Outreach
- Complying with your email service provider’s terms of service
WP Outreach may not be used to send spam, phishing emails, malware, or any illegal content.
8. Data and Privacy
WP Outreach is a self-hosted solution. Your subscriber data remains on your own servers and is never transmitted to or stored by us. We only collect:
- License validation data (domain, license key)
- Basic usage statistics for product improvement (can be disabled)
- Support ticket information when you contact us

9. Intellectual Property
WP Outreach, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license grants usage rights only; all ownership rights remain with WP Outreach.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
WP Outreach is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all WordPress configurations, themes, or plugins.
Email deliverability depends on many factors outside our control, including your email service provider, recipient servers, and sending practices. We do not guarantee specific delivery rates.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Outreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the plugin.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use WP Outreach ends immediately
- You must uninstall the plugin from all sites
- You will not receive a refund for the remaining license period
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of WP Outreach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
